June 9, 2008 Heritage Craft & Dulcimer Music Festival

2008 Heritage Craft & Dulcimer Music Festival will be held Friday through Sunday, June 20-22, in Roscoe Village. Roscoe Village, located in Coshocton, Ohio, United States, is a restored Ohio and Erie Canal town operated by the non-profit Montgomery Foundation. The goal of the Foundation is to maintain the historic buildings of Roscoe Village and promote education with regard to life along the Ohio and Erie Canal in the mid 19th century. Living history is displayed and there are museums as well as annual events which attract tourists from all over the country.

The festival features the Mid-Eastern Regional Hammered and Mountain Dulcimer Championships and the demonstrations of heritage crafters selling their traditional handmade wares. Guests will participate in workshops and contests throughout the week-end.
