This Summer Radio station 106.7 Lite FM and Bank of America will bring to you the midday series (Thursdays, 12:30 PM-1:30 PM), which highlights current and upcoming musicals on and Off-Broadway. Performers from each Broadway show will perform 2-3 songs during these hour-long lunchtime concerts on The Lawn of Bryant Park. Bryant Park is a 9.603 acre public park located in the New York City borough of Manhattan. It is bounded by Fifth Avenue, Sixth Avenue, 40th Street and 42nd Street in Midtown Manhattan. The central building of the New York Public Library is in the park. | |
The Bank of America Tower (see photo) is a dominating structure overlooking Bryant Park. The tower reached its maximum height of 1200 ft (366 m) on December 15, 2007 when the final portion of the spire was put in place. It is now officially the second tallest building in New York City and the 3rd in the United States. 2008 Broadway in Bryant Park Lineup (free admission) |
